Walt Kozlowski is Sr. Director of Client Sustainability Solutions at Xylem, a leading global water technology company committed to solving the world’s most critical water challenges through innovation and collaboration. Walt leads efforts to embed sustainability across the company’s commercial teams and partners with customers to advance their environmental and operational goals. In this role, he provides technical expertise to shape solutions that improve water stewardship, reduce energy use, and support more resilient, efficient industrial operations.
With a career spanning more than 30 years in water treatment, B2B marketing, sales, environmental management, and quality control, Walt brings deep experience developing both chemical and equipment-based strategies to solve complex water challenges. His work has supported customers across a wide range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, food and beverage, steel, power, chemical processing, and surface finishing.
Walt is a contributing author to Industrial Water Reclamation and Reuse to Minimize Liquid Discharge (Water Environment Federation) and holds a U.S. patent for “Methods of Inhibiting Fouling in Liquid Systems.” He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
