Rodney leads the Water Solutions and Services segment, which supports customers through critical water applications and services, including treatment, industrial and municipal process water, utility water and wastewater, dewatering and assessment services.

Background

Rodney joined Xylem in 2023, having served as Executive Vice President, Integrated Solutions and Services Segment President at Evoqua Water Technologies since 2018. At Evoqua, he previously served as Executive Vice President, Industrial Segment President and President of the company’s former Products & Technologies Division. Rodney has more than 25 years of experience in the water treatment industry, including:

  • Positions of increasing responsibility at USFilter Corporation and its successor Siemens Water Technologies, including as Vice President of the Light Industry Segment, Vice President of the Industrial Equipment Division and field services regional manager
  • Regional Manager at Chem-Aqua, a specialty chemical company in water treatment

Community Impact

Rodney is active in various children and youth charity organizations, including Kosair Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, March of Dimes and Inner City Youth Foundation. He dedicates his time to organizations that focus on the health and well-being of small children.
