Smith-Blair
Dependable under pressure.
About Xylem’s Smith-Blair
Since the 1930s, when Telford Smith began manufacturing repair clamps for leaking pipes during the Great Depression, Smith-Blair has been defined by showing up when the pressure is on. What started as a practical answer to a common problem grew into a full-line pipeline fitting manufacturer, and today, as part of Xylem's global family of water technology brands, we bring that same decades-deep expertise to every challenge you bring us.
Our 315-person team operates from a 250,000 square foot, climate-controlled facility on 34 acres in Texarkana, Arkansas. Metal forming, welding, coating, and assembly all happen under one roof. We control the entire fabrication process, which means better quality control and faster turnaround when your timeline can't afford delays.
We maintain one of the largest inventories of premium products for repairing, joining, tapping, and capping pipe and have an engineered fabrications team available to help design products outside of our standard catalog because the communities that depend on water infrastructure count on us to.
When the pressure is on, select the partner that is dependable under pressure. Select Smith-Blair.
