Snehal focuses on enterprise customers to deliver scalable growth and serve as a long-term partner to customers’ operational and sustainability goals.

Background

Snehal joined Xylem in 2023, having served as Executive Vice President, Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer at Evoqua Water Technologies since 2018. He has more than 35 years of water, commercial and innovation leadership experience, including as:

  • Global Vice President/General Manager for Dow Water & Process Solutions, where he worked for more than 20 years across two periods with positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, business development and technical service and development
  • Head of commercial and business development for Segetis
  • Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of NatureWorks LLC
