Sivan Zamir leads Xylem’s enterprise approach driving profitable growth through customer led product and innovation strategy. She oversees enterprise innovation, product management excellence, R&D and engineering excellence. Sivan established Xylem Innovation Labs, the company’s corporate innovation and venture capital platform, driving long term growth through partnerships with startups, technology leaders, and venture capital firms.

 

 

Background

Sivan joined Xylem in 2021, and brings more than 20 years of leadership across innovation, engineering, venture, and operations in industrial, infrastructure, and climate-focused markets, including:

  • Founder and CEO of venture-backed technology startups in industrial IoT and digital twins for advanced water and energy systems
  • Operating and commercial leadership roles at leading ENR construction firms, delivering complex industrial infrastructure projects
  • Research roles focused on sustainability and advanced materials

Community Impact

Sivan is committed to advancing the water and climate innovation ecosystem and expanding diversity in STEM. She serves on the Research and Industry Advisory Council for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Alliance for Water Innovation (NAWI) and is a sponsor of the Water Environment Federation’s InFLOW program.
