Reduced complexity

The innovative, integrated design maximizes simplicity by eliminating the need for additional mounting plates, wiring and associated costs. The hydrovar X startup Genie allows for fast and intuitive commissioning in minutes, even in multi-pump systems. Built-in application software makes the drive one of the easiest to commission, program and operate and built-in safety features eliminate wiring or rotation errors to drive easy install and maintenance.

One-of-a-kind system design

The industry’s first and only system with a modular design that offers quick connect components, allowing the drive or motor to be replaced independently without wiring. Ratings up to 30 HP (22kW) and backward compatibility ensure integration within existing hydrovar systems.

Ultra-premium efficiency

The ultra-premium IE5 motor offers one of the broadest efficiency ranges in the industry. No rare earth metals are used in the motor design, maximizing sustainability, addressing environmental concerns and contributing to a resilient supply chain due to more readily available materials.

Compact package design

As total building floor area increases, so too do strategies to maximize saleable space and reduce footprint. The new hydrovar X-enabled pumps reduce floor and wall space through integration of the drive into a compact, accessible and easily serviceable pump package that can be easily mounted directly on the motor of the pump.
