Earl R. Ellis

Former Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, ABM Industries Inc.

Mr. Ellis served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of ABM Industries Inc., a facility services company, from November 2020 to June 2025. He was instrumental in leading the development of ABM’s strategic plan and technological transformation.

Prior to joining ABM, Mr. Ellis served as Senior Vice President, Finance of Best Buy and Senior Vice President & CFO of Best Buy Canada.  Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at a number of public companies, including Canadian Tire Corporation, Campbell Soup Company, Kraft Foods, and Coca-Cola.
