Potentiometric Titration with Potential for Expansion and Automation
The SI Analytics TitroLine® 7000 is a potentiometric titrator suitable for pH, mV, and µA titrations with a maximum of 50 memorizable methods. Examples of its possible uses include acid and base determination in aqueous solutions, such as p and m values, and titration of strong and weak acids and bases. It is also capable of performing redox titrations such as iodometry, manganometry, chromatometry, COD determinations, and other mV titrations, including chloride. The SI Analytics TitroLine® 7000 can handle titrations using ion-selective electrodes, such as calcium, fluoride, copper, and lead ions, and can measure indices like OH number, iodine number, and saponification number.
Additionally, it allows for reading out and saving the calibration data from SI Analytics® ID electrodes. The titrator can perform titrations up to two inflection points, such as the titration of calcium and magnesium, and can conduct pH-Stat titrations and non-aqueous potentiometric titrations like TAN and TBN. The device supports pre-dosing with a connected piston burette and is compatible with an autosampler TW alpha plus/TW 7400 and TitriSoft from Version 3.3.
Moreover, the SI Analytics TitroLine® 7000 includes functionalities of the TITRONIC® 500 piston burette, such as manual titrations with or without result calculation, dosing, and preparation of solutions. Each method allows for setting a variety of dosing and filling rates, making it a comprehensive tool for diverse titration needs.

With its performance spectrum, the SI Analytics TitroLine® 7000 is the ideal starting device for potentiometric titration with potential for expansion and automation. Thanks to the high-resolution and precise pH/ mV and “dead-stop” measuring interface, it is possible to determine a wide range of parameters quickly, reliably, and accurately.
The SI Analytics TitroLine® 7000 can be used in all industries such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical as well as the food and beverage industry and education. As an automatic potentiometric titrator, the TitroLine 700 is also well suited for the water and wastewater industry.
The SI Analytics TitroLine® 7000 with has an exceptional high visibility full color graphic display, which allows viewing even at extreme angles. The titration curve, but also other information such as ml, pH/mV/µA and temperature are clearly displayed on the display.
The three USB, two RS-232 and Ethernet interfaces makes the TitroLine® 7000 auto titrator highly compatible. Various USB devices such as printers, barcode readers, keyboards can be connected. Analytical balances, PC and other SI Analytics devices such as the TW 7200 Autosampler and other SI Analytics devices can be connected via the RS-232 interfaces. The Ethernet interface allows data to be stored on a directly connected USB stick in PDF and CSV format, as well as on shared network directories.
The SI Analytics TitroLine 7000 can be used as a stand-alone titration machine that uses the potentiometric method, but can also be subsequently expanded to a complex automatic titration system for high sample throughput by adding additional TITRONIC 300 and 500 piston burettes, TitriSoft 3.5/3.5 P software and TW 7200 and TW 7450 sample changers.
The parameters can be customized in up to 50 methods. Through the user/password management, each user can be assigned individual rights. If you need even more methods or want to manage the data on a PC, you can use the PC software TitriSoft 3.5 (TZ 3571). The TitriSoft 3.5P (TZ 3572) complies fully with 21 CFR, Part 11.
