The WTW IQ Sensor Net UV Absorption Sensor for SAC and UVT measures UVT-254 and SAC (spectral absorption coefficient - total and soluble) and can provide correlated values for COD, TOC, BOD and DOC.

The probe measures the absorption at two wavelengths: 254 nm and 550 nm to compensate the SAC measurement for interferences from turbidity.
The probe’s built-in WTW UltraClean® ultrasonic cleaning technology reduces routine maintenance.
The unique cleaning system is completely integrated inside the housing of the sensor without any moving parts. This prevents the risk of penetrating water. Efficient and maintenance-free cleaning over the whole lifetime of the sensor is ensured.
And for applications with extreme fouling, accessorize your sensor with an optional air cleaning. The air flow directed onto the measurement windows reduces the attachment of dirt deposits.
