Accurate and reliable chlorine analysis with online water quality monitoring
The 3017M Chlorine Analyzer is WTW's newest online analyzer! This DPD colorimetric analyzer is used for continuous measurements of free or total chlorine in municipal drinking water and wastewater applications using an EPA approved method.
- Accurate and reliable - Measures free or total chlorine in drinking water or municipal wastewater final effluent using the DPD colorimetric method. This highly accurate method of analysis provides reliable data for process optimization and reporting.
- Low maintenance – Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) simplifies maintenance and saves you time. Simplified tubing and low reagent use reduce the frequency of instrument maintenance.
- EPA & ISO compliant – The 3017M is compliant with US EPA regulations 40 CFR 141.74 (drinking water) and 40 CFR 136.3 (wastewater) and the 3017M measurement method conforms with standard method 4500-CL-G and US EPA method 334.0, which makes it suitable for drinking water permit reporting in the United States. In addition, the 3017M measurement method conforms with ISO method 7393-2.
- Factory calibrated – Eliminates the need for regular calibration.
The WTW 3017M Chlorine Analyzer uses proven DPD methodology to provide accurate and reliable free chlorine or total chlorine measurements in drinking water and final effluent wastewater samples. The 3017M can also be used in aquatic habitats and industrial cooling tower applications.
The 3017M is simple and low maintenance, with Flow Injection Analysis (FIA), factory calibration and simplified tubing. Low reagent use reduces maintenance frequency. The analyzer can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into WTW's IQ SENSOR NET system of online controllers, analyzers and sensors for better visibility and control of your process.
The 3017M’s reliability and low-maintenance design ensure the collection of reliable data with minimal effort.
