Flygt Concertor XPC is an energy-efficient station manager that responds to your station’s needs with an integrated control system and highly reliable pumps. 

It comes pre-programmed with wastewater pump station logic and delivers the lowest total cost of ownership. All you need to do is hook it up and start operating.

Continuous operational analysis automatically optimizes pump performance to reduce energy costs, while built-in sump and pipe cleaning reduce expensive maintenance callouts.

Flygt Concertor XPC is powered by the Xylem Nexicon monitoring and control solution and can be customized through CODESYS to meet your exact needs.

Maximize energy savings

Concertor achieves unparalleled pumping performance with state-of-the-art components, including an IE4-equivalent high-efficiency motor and self-cleaning Adaptive N® hydraulics. By allowing debris to pass smoothly through the impeller, Adaptive N hydraulics enable sustained low energy use. 

To maximize energy savings, Concertor XPC provides self-optimization, ensuring that the pumps will automatically adjust their performance each duty cycle to the operating point that requires the lowest specific energy. This is due to our patented Energy Minimizer function, which can handle up to four pumps in a pump station.

Reduce pump station callouts 

In addition to the pump’s integrated clog detection and pump cleaning function to guard against emergency callouts, Concertor XPC provides built-in sump and pipe cleaning functions to reduce pump sump sedimentation, grease buildup, unpleasant odors and unplanned maintenance. 

This is particularly helpful if your station is plagued by a regular buildup of grease and fats, leading to frequent call-outs. It can also assist in the prevention of pump station overflows.

Broad pump performance field

A broad pump performance field eliminates the need for an exact duty point and simplifies both pump selection and pump inventory. One pump automatically self-adjusts or can be adjusted to fit changing conditions – without having to change impeller diameters or motor sizes.

The Flygt Concertor line includes Concertor 6020, available in power ratings from 3 to 10 HP (2.2 to 7.3 kW), and Concertor 6030, available in power ratings from 11 to 18 HP (8.2 to 13.4 kW). The range covers flows up to 2400 gpm (150 lps) and heads up to 151 ft (46 m).
