Filter Media

Evoqua offers bulk filter media for many different industrial, commercial, municipal and drinking water applications. Gravel, anthracite, garnet and sand are used as layers in sand and multimedia filters for particulate removal. Greensand plus is a media used to remove iron and manganese and is widely used in municipal and residential applications. Calcite is a mineral that dissolves in acidic waters and is used to raise the pH. Evoqua can also offer GFH media for arsenic removal applications involving drinking water.
