THE FLYGT PUMP LIFT™

The Flygt Pump Lift is used for connecting the hook of the hoist to the handle of the submerged pump. The pump can be lifted and lowered in one hoisting action.

The Flygt Pump Lift is intended for pump stations with small and medium sized submersible pumps. It consists of:

  • A grip eye on the hook of the hoist
  • A short lifting chain sling with a nylon rope on the pump handle

The grip eye slides down the rope and hooks onto the short chain. The pump can now be lifted with the hoist.

The lifting chain/wire of the hoist is in the water only for a few minutes at a time. One hoist is used for all pumps in the station.

FLYGT DOCK-LOCK™

Flygt Dock-Lock is used for connecting the hook of the hoist to the handle of the submerged pump. The pump can be lifted and lowered in one hoisting action.

Flygt Dock-Lock is intended for pump stations with medium and large sized submersible wastewater pumps and column pumps. It consists of:

  • A lifting device on the hook of the hoist
  • A guide rope/ wire

The lifting device slides down the rope and hooks onto the pump handle. The pump can now be lifted with the hoist.

The lifting chain/wire of the hoist is in the water only for a few minutes at a time. One hoist is used for all pumps in the station.
