Anomaly Detection
Get notified if a connected device deviates from the expected behavior, such as decreased pump capacity or inconsistent water level
An anomaly is a deviation from the expected value or trend, or an event that deviates significantly from the normal behavior. The anomaly detection service is enabled automatically when there is an anomaly type that is applicable to the station. The anomalies can be found in the main menu for all your stations, or in the station menu for a specific station.
Avensor shows anomaly notifications from the connected devices. The notifications can be marked as read or unread, but are automatically marked as read after 180 days.
Anomaly types are specific for the type of station. If any anomaly type is applicable to the station when the station is created, the anomaly detection service is enabled by default. For a station, it is possible to disable the the overall anomaly detection service and the detection of a specific anomaly type. Anomaly types apply to different devices dependent on which data points the devices give. Users are notified of anomalies through in-app notifications.
Types of anomalies Avensor will discover
-
Backflow
For wastewater pumping stations where pump running status and water level are available
-
Inconsistent Level Sensors
Applicable to wastewater pumping stations that fulfill specific requirements
-
Unequal Number of Starts
For two-pump wastewater pumping stations, where the pumps are set to alternate regularly
-
Unequal Run Times
For two-pump wastewater pumping stations, where pumps alternate regularly, with equal time
-
Unexpected Variations in Water Level
Applicable to wastewater pumping stations that are equipped with an analog level sensor
-
Very Short Pump Cycles
Applicable to wastewater pumping stations for which pump running status is available
