100 PSI+ Adjustable Peristaltic

Designed for feeding an adjustable rate of chemicals against pressures up to 100PSI.

Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech XP peristaltic pumps are available in models to pump up to 125PSI (max 7GPD) and 30GPD (max 80PSI). Adjustable rate models have an electronic timer module that provides a 20:1 turndown control for enhanced flexibility. Pulsafeeder XP feeders are available with three non-manual control options:

Pulse Input Models: Internal timer accepts pulses from a contacting head water meter. Adjustable to run the pumps from .1 to 1 sec., .2 to 10 sec., or from 1.0 to 60 sec. per pulse.

Flow Switch Activated Models: Activated when flow rate through the included 3/4"" NPT flow switch reaches 1 GPM and deactivated when flow rate is less than 1 GPM.

Dry Contact Input Models: Activates pump upon closure of a dry contact switch, and deactivates when opened. Pump equipped with a 6' lead for connection to the customer supplied switch.

Timer Models: 7 Day, 8 Event Electronic Timer.

Stenner™45MHP and 85MHP Series peristaltic metering pumps inject solutions at an adjustable rate against pressures up to 100PSI. The feed rate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10 offering an adjustable output range from 5% to 100% in 2.5% increments. Unique Stenner™features:

Interchangeable pump heads and tubes to convert one model to another - not necessary to purchase a new pump.

Easy and fast tube replacement without tools with the QuickPro® pump head.

The pump is built with two detachable components - the motor and the pump head that can be separated without tools.
